Dr. Vallop Suwandee has been appointed as an executive administrators by Governor of Bangkok for three terms of city administration. He is re-appointed as the Chairman of Advisers to the Governor of Bangkok in 2013 after serving the same position during 2009-2011. Prior to that, he was the former Deputy Governor of Bangkok during 2005-2008 and in 2012. His work dedicates to enhancing the quality of life of Bangkok citizen especially in the field of education, environment and public safety.
Dr. Vallop received his doctorate in Higher Education from Illinois State University, USA. He is the founder of Kasem Bundit University. He has been recognized as an expert who involves in a number of education milestones in Thailand. He is also the president of Kasem Bundit University, and the director of Kasem Politechnic College and Kasem Pitaya School. He also serves as an Executive Member on the Committee of Student Loan, Ministry of Finance.
While an academic, he was member of National Education Reform Commission, Associate Judge of the Central Labor Court, specialist on the Committee of Private Higher Education, Ministry of University Affairs, specialist on the Committee of Private Education, Ministry of Education, President of the Federation of Private Educational Associations of Thailand, President of the Association of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand, President of Phi Delta Kappa, Thailand Chapter, and Secretary-General of the Association of Private Vocational Schools of Thailand.
